Jack Isaacs

Mr. Isaacs has been in private equity for the past 15 years, originally with Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and more recently with RLJ Equity Partners. With a background in corporate and securities law, Mr. Isaacs previously served as Corporate Counsel at Macrovision Corporation, and as an attorney at several nationally ranked law firms. Mr. Isaacs earned a B.A. in International Relations from the College of William and Mary, a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law, an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
